Justin Reynolds – Owner/Head Coach 2015 AAA Monarchs

With more than 25 years of experience in hockey coaching, scouting, and program development, Justin is an owner and coach in the Monarchs Program. . Justin, the founder and president of Sports Evaluations Ltd, is a global leader in licensing a team selection app and offers independent evaluation/assessment services in hockey and all team sports. Currently, he is actively involved in scouting for the Sioux City Musketeers in the USHL.

Robert De Clark – Owner/Assistant Coach 2015 AAA Monarchs

Robert began his coaching career in 2010 with the Cowichan Valley Capitals of the BCHL. Rob's role with the capitals ranged from mental health and performance coach, video coach and was behind the bench as defensive coach beginning in 2013. Additionally, He worked closely with the British Columbia Hockey League and the Canadian Mental Health Association to develop and implement the Talk Today program. A program focused on assisting hockey players with pathways to finding support in mental health and substance use which is still in use today.
